Chef Brian has worked at Hoffstot’s for over 20 years. A 1994 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Brian has held previous positions at Vassar College in NY and the Duquesne Club in downtown Pittsburgh, PA.

Hoffstot’s offers special events menus, hosts events within the restaurant, as well as caters events outside of the restaurant. We offer special buffet menus, casual or upscale, and can customize menus easily as well to meet your exact needs.

Graduated in 2015, I have a bachelors in business administration and minors in accounting and marketing. I was hired by Danny and Tommy Monaco in October of 2016 and honestly was probably given way too much responsibility within my first year here but the experience I gained at this restaurant is immeasurable. I distinctly recall multiple people talking about how I would never last a week working for the Monacos, or in the service industry in general. Both brothers treated me as a daughter (both the good and the bad), and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this dysfunctional family. Danny asked me a numerous occasions where I saw my future self and honestly, I never saw myself leaving this place. I’m excited to be continuing his great legacy here in Oakmont and hope I make him proud.
