Graduated in 2015, I have a bachelors in business administration and minors in accounting and marketing. I was hired by Danny and Tommy Monaco in October of 2016 and honestly was probably given way too much responsibility within my first year here but the experience I gained at this restaurant is immeasurable. I distinctly recall multiple people talking about how I would never last a week working for the Monacos, or in the service industry in general. Both brothers treated me as a daughter (both the good and the bad), and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this dysfunctional family. Danny asked me a numerous occasions where I saw my future self and honestly, I never saw myself leaving this place. I’m excited to be continuing his great legacy here in Oakmont and hope I make him proud.
